What is humanability?
humanability® is a business concept. We believe that people are the best asset in any organisation; therefore it is vital to value and develop them – help them triumph in their own human ability. new habits ltd believes that projects and change initiatives do not generally fail for technical reasons. They might fail for procedural reasons, but mostly they fail for human reasons. Our concept of humanability® is based upon our knowledge and experience of working with hundreds of people/teams and the values and practice of the new habits' organisation.
Who we are
new habits ltd provides one-to-one coaching, team coaching, management, leadership development, customer service, sales training and relationship development (particularly for project managers).
The Gower chapter was a collaboration of new habits' senior consultants and continues to be developed by the existing new habits organisation.
The new habits team has collectively over 70 year’s extensive experience of working across the private, public and third sectors, as one-to one coaches, project managers, business consultants and relationship managers.
The team share a common commitment to helping people fulfil their potential and believe humanability® is essential in business.
